Order and cancellation policy

The customer can cancel a training free of charge no later than 10 days before the course start date. A course comprising multiple training sessions can be cancelled no later than 10 days before the start of the first training session. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 4€/payment is charged and rest of paid amount is refunded. The alternative for a cancellation is a possibility to agree on a new date for the training.

In case that customer cancels a training or a course later than 10 days before the start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

If customer cancels a training or a course later than 24 hours before the start of training, the training will be charged in full.

Cancellations due to the illness of a dog or the customer shall be reimbursed in full against a medical certificate.

A course (or a single course session) or training can be sold on. This does not apply to an online course that has already started.

The organiser (Seller) is entitled to postpone or reschedule or cancel a training event or a course in case of an insurmountable obstacle (force majeure). Such an obstacle can be, but is not limited to, for instance a restriction by the authorities or illness of the trainer. Full paid amount is refunded when organiser cancels a training or a course.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
