Scent Discrimination  1 

Do you want your dog to work confidently in scent discrimination?

In the Scent Discrimination 1 course, we start teaching the required skills from the basics, by following clearly explained intructions step-by-step. The learning procedure doesn't require any prior skills, and there are no age restrictions either - even puppies are welcome. This course is suitable also for enthusiastic dogs and those who enjoy chewing the scent discrimination stick into pieces. You can also re-teach the scent discrimination to your dog from the scratch if you feel that your progress has stopped and you can't find the way forward.

The course covers six instructional phases, each of which includes a video example. You are also welcome to submit your own video of each training task to get feedback and personalized tips for further improvement.

Scent Discrimination 2

Scent Discrimination 2 course is a continuation for the course 1. The course is designed for dogs and trainers who have reached a good command of the tasks of Scent Discrimination 1 course. The course begins by practicing the skills for holding and lifting of the scent stick, and towards the end of the course, all elements of scent discrimination are brought together into a complete obedience exercise.

Several practical tasks and video examples will guide you through the exercises. As each dog is an individual and may need personalized instructions for tasks, you have the opportunity to submit your own training videos for feedback.
